Hallo,



I got the confirmation of the cancellation of contract from O2 on 19.03.2018 through email and today when I checked in for the portal the contract was automatically renewed. How can this be possible ? 



I got the official confirmation that my O2 DSL contract is cancelled but still it got automatically renewed. Please reply me to this issue.
