Hello, 



i have applied for a new connection in Nov and the o2 guys gave me the inital installation date as 18th Dec 2017 but later postponed it to Dec 20th 2017. hoever the installation guy didnt showed up and not even bothered to inform me.. Later someone called next day and I got a installation date for Jan 9th 2018. 



on Jan 9th 2018, O2 guys have installed a new DSL connection no- 08389- 2630577 but its not working since then. The Username and password as was provided is not working. I have called customer service several time which takes atleast 30 minutes of waiting. Finally after 3 days on Jan 12th they have logged my ticket and told me that a technician will come.  Its 17th now and I am still waiting for the technician to come who everyday extends the appointment and their is a "NO SHOW". however i am billed since 9th Jan. 



I am fed up of this. Is their any way I can end this connection. 



Please help me, its so pathetic to wait and no one turns up.
