Number portability to another service provider

Dear o2 Team,

I would like to transfer from my current mobile number(rufnummer mitnehmen) from o2 prepaid to another network for my new contract. Could you please release my number for porting immediately?

Dear @sallytlmt ,

your prepaid number is hereby released for porting and can be taken over by your new provider. The porting declaration is valid for 60 days. Please also make sure that you have enough credit on your prepaid account, the port will be
charged with 24.95 EUR.

    Hi Andrea, thank you for your quick reply. How can I top up my account with 25 euros if the the only options are 15/20/30? Is there a way?

    you can deposit a little more and get the excess paid out afterwards.
