Recently, I changed my DSL contract due to router problems. 2 Months back, called customer service - lady was very professional and offered me good options. I decided to opt for new line for my DSL number 089-35851915.
1) According to the confirmation letter "Der Anschlusspreis in Höhe von 29,00 Euro entfällt" but when I got the invoice, it is charged.
2) I got a temporary free data sim card for 2 months because my router was not working. I sent fax to cancel this contact but no response so far. So please cancel this number 0176-61144828
And please do send me the confirmation for the same.

PS: I am really disappointed with o2 customer service. Called different customer service number like 10 times, keep waiting for 30 mins to 60 mins then simply phone is disconnected. I was expecting to wait another 5-10 mins and finally able to hear some friendly voice, who could listen to me. But to utter disappointment phone is disconnected.

Customer service really suck .... I am force to pay 29 + one month temp Mobile bill just because no one in o2 can attend my phone or reply to my message.
