Not able to find out password and user name

Hallo,

I haven´t used „Mein o2“ for DSL already for a long time (2-3 years) and now I need it, because my connection to internet doesn´t work. Unfortunately I can´t inform any support, because I can´t remember neither my user name nor my password. Also lendlinenumber (Festnetznummer) I dont´t know.

And I don´t have any document or contract to find it there.

The only think I know is my customer number DE15040758, which I got from the statement of my banking acccount. Could you please help me to find a solution?

if there is a problem with your DSL connection I'll have to ask you to contact the incident management hotline. The number is 08005251378.
