Hello,
I received a call from O2 to upgrade my contract and was provided with new contract, however i have not activated the SIM as i need more information about the tariff of new contract(seems to mismatch from what i have been told). Also i want to keep the same number from my previous contract and when i called the customer care they said its not possible.
Because of no good customer care, i would not upgrade my account and would remain on the existing contract. Now i have received another mail that my new contract has started but inspite of several requests to O2, i have still not received any call from any representative.
Seems like you are more interested in selling some product without offering any further support, if this is how you treat your customer i would rather cancel all the contracts of O2 and move to another better service provider.
