Dear O2 support team,

My name is Shayan Miri Aabi Soflaa. Last week I've ordered a prepaid free O2 sim card, named 9 cent. In your email you have said that after 2 to 3 work days, I will get my sim card. but now after one week, nothing delivered. Should I be at home when the package arrive? Can I take it from O2 Shops? my email address is *********at gmail dot*com.
