No DSL Connectivity - RED LEDs On Always

My internet connection is not working for last two days.

The Power, Info and Internet LEDS are in RED always. 

And I have tried to reach the O2 customer care but could never reach them. My connection ID is DE14491375. 

Could anyone help here... Is there any other ways to reach O2 customer care?
