My router isnt working - I need a technician cannot get any help from customer support

nHello, my devices still seem to be connected to my router, but i can not access the internet, so i think the router itself may be the problem. Is it possible to receive a callback and English speaking technician? many thanks

I am sorry but we can't arrange callbacks here. What kind of router do you use and do you get any error messages? What is the status of the LEDs?
