My P8 Lite has just updated itself and is now asking for a PUK. Any ideas?

here's how you can find your PUK to unlock your SIM card:

log onto My O2 --> move to "Tarif & SIM-Karte" --> "SIM-Karte verwalten" (manage SIM) --> "PIN & PUK einsehen" (view) and click on "Weiter" --> click on "Anzeigen" (view).

Your PUK will be shown as a 8-digit number on the right hand side. Just enter it in your phone and you should be all set 😉
