My O2 DSL homebox 6441 not working

DSL light is blinking and internet servive is disrupted. And i have been facing this with no internet since december 1st. Called up hotline still they haveent fixed it nor they have provided a confirmation for complaint. They said to wait for 2 days a person will call back. Please suggest as this is really causing lot inconvinience
