Hello there,



My internet has been super slow for the past few days. I can not watch the buffering wheel and have a long time to download anything.



I live in Munich, Germany.



I've tried the following already, so please do not suggest the same methods again:


  1. Turn off (wait 30 secs) and turn on my phones: Done it twice already
  2. Turn off (wait 30 secs) and turn on O2 modem: Done it twice already



These methods did not help at all. Internet is working but the connection is very slow. See the speed test attached.



Can anyone help ?! Thank you.

@CLH where you stay (region or town)?

I see yesterday a lot of postings here from other users with the same problem. Download bad (about 1-3 Mbit) but the Upload is good.

You can try to make a ticket at the DSL hotline 0800 52 51 37 8 or wait that the tickets from the other users resolve your problem.
