I have ordered a phone on my mobile phone through website. However, my SIM card delivery status shows contract canceled and phone delivery status shows in processing? What does it mean and I do not wish to cancel my contract.

Hi @Archie0407,

thanks for your message.

I just checked your data. Everything is fine.

I see an order for the tariff "o2 Free M" and the device "Huawei P20 pro twilight".

The activation of your tariff can take a few days. Please have some patience.

A cancellation has not been done. Sorry for the confusion.

Loving greetings,
Tobias

Thank you for your answer. I see in my account that the instalment is added for device without contract. There is no mention of contract device with sim card. Now I see €25 instalment plan added when it should be €34. Please check fin the device is sent without the card. And if yes please let me know how we can make it with contract with O2 M card. Please let me know if you need more information.

Hi @Archie0407,

thanks for your reply.

Please do not worry. You will soon receive a sim-card for your tariff "o2 Free M", normally within 5 days. If you receive the sim-card, please activate it with this link: www.o2online.de/service/sim-karte/bestellen-aktivieren/ Please click on the button SIM-Karte aktivieren

Please note that your device and your tariff will be charged seperately. The monthly rate for your device is correct.

Your tariff will include a discount.

I hope I could clarify everything for you.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
