MultiCard: Main SIM Card Blocked after deactivating the MultiCard

Hello o2 Team,

I have been using o2 Multicard facility for some time now. I figured out that I now don't need the second SIM card anymore and decided to deactivate it.

After deactivating the second SIM card, my main SIM card is blocked. There is no way I can unlock the main SIM card.

Please could you help me in unblocking my Main SIM card.

No, I deactivated the right one. Everything is perfect now. Main sim card is not blocked anymore.

Sure, you have deactivated the correct SIM Card? Try, if the other Card is working.
