Monthly deduction for sim

My Kundennummer-6034974765.

For the month of May, the amount deducted for the sim twice. one on 24th May and other on 31st May.

I got an email from you in May, which informed me that the money couldn't be deducted and hence i need to send it to your account.

So, I sent you. But, I checked and found that the money was deducted again.

Hence, please check and help me!
