moble data use in USA

hello,

when i travel to the states and try to use my mobil data, i always recieve this:
PDP authorization failure. can i add a zone 3/4 data pack to my contract in advance of my trip or must i text "world" to obtain a day pass? i have an O2 blue all in L professional contract.

Hello @mamafood and welcome to the o2 community. :)

Your are absolutely right, to use mobile data in the United States of America it is neccessary to send a SMS with the key word WORLD to the number 80112.
The data pack world includes 6 MB for 1,99 EUR, the internet connection is deactivated after 24h oder after using 6 MB.
