mobile phone contract denied

Hi. i had a mobilfunk tarif contract for two years, when the contract ended it was automatically renewed for a year. but i was given the option to extend it with alongside a phone contract, upon extending the contract, the handy contract was denied  but the mobilfunk tarif was renewed an extra 2 years at full price. is there any thing that can be done to reduce the price of the tarif cos its quite outrageous to be paying 30 euros without a phone, which i originally signed up for...any help or suggestions pls

It surlely won't be possible to reduce the price of the tariff, because tariff and phone are two seperate contracts and prinicipally the prices of each one are fix and independent from one another.

Consequently the price you have got to pay now should be less than the price for the tariff plus the phone. 

You can withdraw from the tariff if you made it online or by call within 14 days. How, you can read in the "Widerrufsbelehrung", which is attached to your contract-mail.
