Mobile Contract offer

Dear O2 Team,
I am continuing the discussion we had on Twitter. My mobile contract (o2 M) expires this October and at the moment I am thinking if I will renew it or cancel it (due date for cancellation 03-07-2019). Therefore I would like to ask you for an Offer for a possible renewal of another 2 years. With best regards, Artemios.

Regarding the smartphone I would like to get the new iPhone when it is released later this year but I assume you can’t make an offer taking that request into account.

That's true. A special smartphone discount can you get, if you order a smartphone to your renewal now. After that renewal, it`s not possible.

The Free M is possible for 28,49 Euro per month for you. But my special offer on you is, that I can gave you for the same price, the Free M boost with 20 GB an 10 free SIM cards to use with the same account. As like a multicard.

    Hi Marc, 10GB would be fine for me. As I have it now. At the moment I am registered to o2 Free M (2017) and i pay 30 euros per month. Regarding the smartphone I would like to get the new iPhone when it is released later this year but I assume you can’t make an offer taking that request into account.

    Hi Marc and thanks for the quick response and the proposed offer. The truth is that 20GB seems too much for my usage since I am not a holder of other mobile devices (tablet etc) where a multicard could be beneficial (If my understanding is correct). What about keeping the M contract with the 10GB and reduce the monthly payment to something in the range of 20 euros. I am loyal o2 customer since many years and to be honest I would appreciate such an agreement from your side. To support my argument I find the M advertising (please see the attached image). I find this deal pretty appealing to be honest.

    That's true. The 10 SIM card`s are like multicards.
