Yesterday, I saw an advertisement on o2 website that says spring deals: huawei mate20 pro+gratis smartwatch for 39,99€. But when I went to o2 shop today, they said it costs 44.99€ for me. And they said that I will not receive the smartwatch at first, first I will only receive a phone, then I need to send my bill, then o2 will send me smartwatch. I trusted to him, and made a contact without reading it completely (because my german is so bad). But after I came home, I check my contract carefully, unfortunately I haven't seen anything about smartwatch. I don't understand, could some one explain me the situation:

Why the price in website and in shop is different?

Why there is nothing mentioned about smartwatch on the contract?!

If I can later claim my smartwatch, how can I do it?!

Happily you are registered with your mobile number so it was possible for me to have a look in your contracts.

You signed three contracts:


  • o2 Free M, monthyla price 29,99 Euro
  • Huawei Mate 20 Pro, monthly 33 Euro
  • o2 My Data S Kombi, monthly 4,99 Euro
In total this are 67,98 Euro you will pay the next two years.



If this is not really what you expected you can revoke the contracts in the shop cause you choosed payment by installments.

Thank you so much for your information, but I am really confused now. How it can be?! I mean, the spring deal says Huawei mate20pro+smartwatch+o2 M=39,99€.

And one more thing: can I make a contract without o2 My Data S kombi?! Because I thougt it is free, and the guy in o2 shop did not say that it costs 5€ monthly.

the contract you have (o2 Free M) along with the Huawei phone works fine, you do not need the o2 My Data S in order to make the contract or the phone work.

But since your contract was made in a shop, we as the online customer service cannot change it, so please refer to that shop for any changes you may wish to make.
