Hello, first i would like im so sorry to write this in English, because im so fed up by o2 ,and i cant think straight to formulate my complaint in German. i just gonna get to the point



I filed my Kündigung like it was supposed to be , i followed every rule like, i need to write Kündigungsschreiben to o2 3 Months before, and go through thousand phone calls from o2 . i already said to them  I DIDNT WANT ANYTHING I JUST WANT THIS TO END,The Contract supposed to end 21.06.2018, i already got the message for it, that the number will end in that day ,today f some reason when i woke up in the Morning,  ITS AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED.TO NEXT YEAR ; its like they didnt even hear me when i was begging them when they made an offer call, 



i dont know if you read this o2 , but you really know how to make someones day going bad real quick.



It feels bad , i just didnt know where to go, its already hard going through all that phone call because im honestly struggling in German, and this happens, i dont know how to make a complaint anymore.

"Mein o2" doesn`t show the termination of your contract. "Mein o2" thinks, your contract will continue.



Please check your last bill. On the last page you will see a box titled with "Gut zu wissen"







The last column ist important: "Kündigungseingang am"  shows you when the termination was received at o2.



If Vertragsende is today (21.6.) and your Kündigung (cacellation) has been recived on time, your sim card should deactivated tommorrow.




I already contacted the o2 service via telephone just right now, and she told me that theres a system error from you guys, and my number will deactivated as soon as possible, and now you saying that my contract is gonna extended



this is what i hate from you guys, seems like theres no coordination between the Telephone Service, and the Forumservice,

HOW IS IT IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT I HAVENT CONFIRMED , FOR GOD SAKE I JUST WANT THIS TO END I ALREADY FOLLOW ALL THE PROCEDURE HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS SPARE ME LIFE ; OH MY GOD

Im so sorry, i thought you are working for o2  , i kinda cant hold my anger, because i didnt get sleep last night , i was tired from work , and need to studying for Exams, and i have this stupid Problem.

o2 worker or not: At least we are all humans! Right?



Now: Please check your last bill.



I think the last SMS shows in most cases the automatic deactivation of a upgrade package (Surfupgrade) and your sim card should deactivated in a short time.



By the way: There are o2 workers too in the o2 community. 



I think one of them will give you further informations as soon as possible.

i keep being thrown from one to another by their workers in telephone

Did you apply for a number porting to a new provider?




no i didnt, i told them i wanted this all to over, i dont want anything



they already said yes, they already give confirmation my card gonna deactivate



its already 4 days and they still havent deactivate my number



seems like bullshit to me when they told me Systemfehler for 4 days straight lol



its like i dont know , they do it intentionally they gonna do this until i give up , until this contract keep going on and on .

I can see that you already had contact to our Hotline. When the problem is solved, your contract will be deactivated on the 21.06.2018 in our System. Don't worry, after this we will send you the fees back that you paid earlier.

Hallo, ich habe meinen Vertrag ebenfalls schon im Februar vorgekündigt und mir sagte die Dame das mein Vertrag bis zum 22.08.2018 abläuft und gekündigt wird. Allerdings lese ich in meinem Accound das mein Vertrag noch weiter läuft und meine vorkündigung garnicht eingegangen ist obwohl ich die vorkündigung online beantragt habe, ich innerhalb der 10 tagen angerufen habe.

"Mein o2" bildet keine Kündigungen ab.



Hast du einmal auf deine letzte Rechnung auf die letzte Seite geschaut?



Dort sollte der Eingang der Kündigung vermerkt sein, wie im Beispiel:

Ja ich sehe es. Kündigung ist am 12.01.2018 eingegangen. 



Also läuft mein Vertrag bis 22.08.2018 aus ? 




Schau doch einfach in die 3. Spalte unter "Ende Mindestvertragslaufzeit" ☺️
