Hi Tobias,
One small issue I could use your help on. The Wi-Fi calling is not enabled on the new SIM card (number ending in 6070). The phone is cabable of wifi-calling with O2 as I use it with the other SIM card and the setting on the phone has Wi-Fi calling set to on. I remember from last time I needed to call O2 to have them activate it on their end for some reason. Could you look into this?

As for the contract offer above, thank you, but no thanks. I prefer to keep that contract month-to-month as it is my work phone and if I change jobs I don't want to be tied to a 2-year contract.

Best regards,
Bigfork

I solved my own problem :)

The issue with the WiFi calling is that it only works on one SIM card if you have multicards for one telephone number. I have multicards for both numbers and mixed them up. I swaped the SIM card for the other of the same number and now WiFi calling works. The other phone I use the SIM cards in doesn't have wifi calling capability anyway so it doesn't matter that it only works for one SIM per number.

FYI, the hotline weren't able to figure that out. They thought everything should work and didn't consider the multicard issue.

Hi @Bigfork,

thanks for your message.

Nice that you could solve the issue with wifi-calling yourself.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
