Hi,
I went to purchase an Iphone X (256GB) at O2 Shop Alexanderplatz. After entering my bank account details in the system, the lady at the shop said that O2 has rejected the application.
However, now I have received an email with the contract pdf with details of iphone (IMEI number) and Auftragsnummer.
This is worrying me now. Will I get charged for the contract even though I never got the phone? Whom should I contact in this regard?

Can you please put contract number in your profile and tell me here when you did so, so that I can check if there is something?
When you've been doing this in an o2 Shop, that shop is also your contact person.
