I've been traveling to France and Spain recently and was expecting to have my roaming pack automatically activated as soon as I landed. I noticed that it hasn't been working and after looking it seems that it has been deactivated with no reason and I have been switched automatically to a day date of 1.99€ a day which was never part of my contract. Has this happened to anyone else?



I have gone into my account and can't see how the roaming pack could be reenabled.



I have tried to the call the hotline from Spain but the options I select actually hang up on me and this has happened 3 times now.



Any help would be appreciated.
