my o2 router not working, showing red info light

Zugangs pin not working and asking me to contact customer service

Hi,

there is maybe a technical problem, so at first reset the router to factory-mode (press the reset-button > 10 seconds) and test it again, for this use booth ways, Einrichtungsassistent also using a connected phone.

If this not helpfull you need help by the technical support, phone for free 0800-5251378 (german speaking menu), or LiveChat (here o2 DSL | Flatrates für zuhause von o2  at the right side).

If you get no german speaking friend it maybe a little bit diffecult to get suppport because not all are speaking english

where can I reconfirm my Zugangs pin, whether it is right or not?

Weather going to O2 shop works?

Hi,

for this a o2 shop is no possible way, only they speak english and can connect for you the hotline.

If you want to confirm if  youre PIN right or not the only way is to connect o2 by hotline or livechat, maybe you can wait here for a english spekaing moderator who maybe can help you
