Hi Team,



My internet is not working from last 2 weeks, i tried contacting your customer care via chat but they always say everything is fine but i know that nothing is fine and no internet light is coming on my router, yes sometimes it appears for 2-3 hours in a day but rest of the time only DSL light comes up but never the internet light.



Can you please look into this on prioritz as for me i am paying o2 without using their services and if this will ahppen continuously then i have to stop payment.
