Dear O2 customers srevice with all respect but i am already feel very bad from your internet service, i am your customer from January 2016 and really the Internet very bad , i had called the customer service and they didn't help me and i went to your center in my city but they even didn't accepted to help me about any things, the main problem is the internet work for 1 min and stop for 30s that was at first and now everything stop for unlimited time and after that work for very short time and stop again . i waited around 2 hours to write and send this email , please help me because that's really bad and annoying. ...

has you callled for this the technical support for free 0800-5251378 or write at the livechat ?
If the connection stopps, are there any abnormal at the lights on the router (DSL off or flash, any light red) ?
Wich router is in process, is the connection with lan or wlan ?

Ya really i called them two times without any good response, first one told me to restart the modem and asked me a little about the lights in the modem and after that asked me to call her again next day because she didn't know exactly what the problem , next time i called them and the employee didn't know anything and told about his colleague will call me after one or tow hour but nobody call me and in o2 center they didn't know any things and i dont know what even they are doing there .....till now they take a money from my account , it's very expensive for nothing and i dont have Internet, this is tha worest service center i have seen in my life i don't recommend anybody to have anything from O2.....
