HI, I ordered a new phone mate 20 with gift(tablet) I today I received only the phone, my question is, was there a mistake or the tablet come later?

Hi @Hmcesar,

thanks for your request. I regret that there seems to be a misunderstanding. At the moment we do not offer a tablet together with the device "Huawei Mate 20".

Therefore, you do not have any possibility to receive a tablet.

I regret that I have no solution to offer in this case.

    @o2_Tobias der TE hat wohl während des Aktionszeitraums (16.4.-23.4.) den Osterdeal bestellt.

    Hallo @Sächsin,

    In diesem Fall handelt es sich nicht um einen Osterdeal, weil das Handy erst am 25.04.2019 beauftragt wurde. Der Osterdeal ging nur vom 16.-23.04.2019.
