I wanted to Terminate my Contract

Hello,

I wanted to Terminate my Contract, which is signed until April 2017. but I wanted to terminate immoeidately as i am moving out of Germnay.

Even after 4-5 letters ( fax, registered post, email ro termination request) . I havent not received any Response from O2 Team until now since last 15 days. I wonder if they really care the customers ?

    is it a DSL or a mobile telephony concern?

    I can not find you in the system for mobile contracts.
