I recharged my prepaid but i cannot see the balance.

Hi,

Just recharged my phone with 15 EUR from my online banking portal but the balance doesn't show in My O2 App.

After doing the recharge i received 3 SMS-es from O2 Info.
1) Ihr neues guthaben beträgt: 15,04 EUR ...
2 and 3) Ihr Guthaben is fast aufgenraucht. Bitte laden sie ihr konto auf.

Hi @Neueruser050320192,

when the 15 EUR were charged to your account, the o2 My Prepaid M data pack was automatically booked (14.99 EUR), that's why the following text message asked you to recharge your card.
