I need to change beginning date of my contract

Hi

I signed up for DSL internet at 30.12.2016

My contract beginning date was 17.01.1017

But for technichal problems from o2 I did not had internet from 17.01.2017 

My service is actually started from 08..02.2017 and o2 announced me on 14.02.2017

I need to change my starting date to 14.022017 since I havent had internet before this date

    Hi mhsaeedi,

    I see you want your contract to end now. My colleagues have bookmarked the deactivation for the 03rd of March. So far no costs incurred for the contract.
