Hallo o2.  



I had cancelled my o2 0176xxxxx474 on 28 December 2015. I was told by o2 Customer Service executive through chat that the contract will be cancelled by 09/25/2016. Also , he said he has marked the termination. But  my contract has not been terminated .But to my surprise Euro 14.99 is debited every month from 09/26/2016 to till now  instead of Euro 4.99. I request you to terminate my contract immediately.

As I see you had contact to the customer support and that person sent you the needed form for an extraordinary dismissal because of moving abroad to your e-mail address.



After that we didn't receive the documents.

And now just two days back you confirmed your normal cancellation to the runtime end in September.



Attached you find now the needed form again.



If you want to cancel the contract because of moving abroad use that and also hand in all the documents mentioned in it.



And yes, the basic fee is higher now because one of the discounts expired (Kombi-Rabatt, combination discount).
