I didn't receive a winning code

Hello,

I have my prepaid card since 6 months, I have never received a winning code. I charged lastly today with 15 euros and I received no code. I charged at an O2 store.

Can you tell me please what is the problem?

Hello Sam87,

for getting a winning code you have to make sure to be a participiant of that promotion.

To check that you can send a SMS with "START" to the 6666.

I did that already and they send me that I am already a participant of this so I don't need to re-register.

So what do you think is the problem here?

so, was this the first time that you ever send START to that number?

If yes, than you are a new participant now.

I did it more than 2 months ago, for more than once so this is not the first time.
