Dear O2 community,
I have been trying to contact the customer service but have been unsuccessful. I am being charged a very large amount for my plan when it should only be 25 euros/month. I cannot see why I am being charged this amount because the website does not let me open the invoice, I cannot get the app since my app store is not German, and in general I feel like my hands are tied. I am not willing to pay these large amounts more than once (which I already did).
I would like to explore how this can be fixed.

Are you receiving any message, why it is not possible to open an invoice in you "Mein o2" area?
Are you already logged in at the website with your number and password?
This time i am able to send you a copy. You will receive the invoice in 2-3 days py post at your contact adress.

For some reason it seems like the app is not available in the USA Appstore, i am here only temporarily so i cannot change the region of y appstore.
I am logged in at the website with my number and password, but when I click on "meine rechnung" it says the website has redirected me too many times.
What can be done if there is a mistake on the invoice?
