I bought my sim card a couple of days ago. when i first attempted to activate it, everything went well but it was 12 in the morning so couldnt do the video call and so I closed the chrome tab and waited until the next day to do the video call. But when i tried the next day, the website said "there was a technical failure. try again" (i had to do the steps again from the beginning.. this happened when i entered my number and clicked continue) i tried many times after that but it still didnt work.. can someone please help me activate my sim card?
