I have a flat rate for calls between Germany and the UK, I know find out that I am charged for calls

    Hello,

    what kind of contract fo you have?

    If you have the EU-Roaming Flat it is not for telephone calls from Germany to the UK. It's only for:

    - calls that you make in an EU-country abroad

    - calls that you make from that country to Germany

    NOT for calls from Germany to the UK. ⚠️
