I am not being able to cancel my Napster and EA Games subscription

I have extended my contract and the told me I get a month free Napster and EA Games. I am trying to cancel them but with no success. The online portal says there are technical issues and the phone app doesn't give an option to cancel.

EA Games Flat and Napster will be deactivated at the 5th of February! ☺️
