How to NOT extend monthly contract after it expires at the end of 24 months?

Hello, my monthly mobile contract O2 Blue All-in M is ending soon (after 24 months), and I DO NOT want to extend the contract because I'm leaving Germany. What do I have to do?

Then you should write to o2 terminating your contract at the end of the 2 year term.

And you start it, at least, 3 month before the contract ends (better 4). If not it will auto renew for 1 year...
