How to check the status of my contract cancellation?

I cancelled my o2 postpaid contract 3 months before the ending date.But didn‘t recieve any confirmation about the status of the contract. How to check this?

Hello Yash1303,

how long it takes to answer depends on several things:

- not many people of our team work on English customer requests

- if the people who do that are not available, or working on something else it can take a little longer
