how to cancel o2 contract

i want to cancel my o2 contract . the guy form the o2 shop said you can cancel it through online. i tried but i coudn't find anything. so anyone can tell me how to do it

your cancellation is in our systems, your contract has been set for deactivation on October 29th, 2017.
