How to accept mandade I'd direct debit

o2 could not charge me and apperantly I need to accept mandate id. I use N26 online bank and there is no option in their app to do this. They also do not have physical locations where I can sign any papers. Which banks support mandate id and direct debit scheme (preferably within their online banking tool)?

please get some information of the banks.

I don't know anything about how banks work and all. You need to get the information of the banks that you need to have. We can't advise you in this.
