How do I port my number?

Hello, how can I place a request to post my number to other service provider? I have mailed to the customer support team, however there was no response.

Hi @basalona,

thanks for your request.

I just have released your number so that you now can order the porting of your number at another provider. You got a sms as a confirmation.

The porting will be charged with 24,95 €. Therefore, please make sure that you have this credit on your o2-card.

After the porting you can fill out this form in order to get all your money back that is still left on your card: https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/70982/01c6e4a0d79666f33a3a2220fd39f0cc/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung-download-data.pdf
