Help with DSL

We are having problems with DSL. We have no internet and the people wont talk to us in English when we call. The report number is 7401368 and it has been broken since Friday. Please update us ASAP.

I had a look into this and iformed our technical departement that the DSL connection is still not working. They will have a deeper look into this and I am sure this will be fixed soon.
