Hi guys,
I need your help. I signed up to an o2 contract in the store near Galeries Lafayette on Friedrichstraße. The deal I signed up to was through my boyfriends contract and was a family and friends deal. The deal was unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 2gb internet for 10 euros.
The data was a upgrade that was meant to be done in store. The printer did not work in the store, therefore I have no record of the deal. The email sent says only 1GB.
On my app I only have 1GB of data. I have contacted customer service and they told me I only have 1GB of data.
Obviously I am very annoyed. Has anyone had this happen to them?
Can I cancel the contract? If so, what is the process and cost?
Thanks for the help
Tom

Hi tomcooke,
do you mean your phone number with the 26 at the end?
There you have the All-in S. Normal basic fee is 19,99€. You get discounts of 10€, so it is 9,99€. But you have also a Surf Upgrade S so that you have 1 GB data, which is also 9,99€ so you pay round about 20€ for it.
In the end everything that matters is what you've signed.
So what is mentioned in your contract documents?
You can not cancel the contract. Well, of course you can cancel the contract, but only to the normal end of runtime.
There is no extraordinary dismissal possible because you have signed the contract by yourself in the shop. You also do not have a right of rescission as you would have with a tariff that you've made online or at the hotline.
Kind regards,
Jessica
