On 3rd June 2017 ,I ordered a O2 DSL connection with 4 weeks cancellation option and the requested connection date was August 21 2017.
During July/August ,I contacted O2 customer support asking about status my request progress and customer service could not provide any planned date of installation or progress of my request.Even after so many followups with O2 customer support the connection is not provided till date.
Since O2 customer support was not able to provide any status , during August I have send two times the cancellation of the order by registered post (Einschreiben) to Hamburg and Munich address of O2.As follow-ups couple of were also send emails to widerruf@cc.o2online.de.
A fax (01805 – 880088) also was sent to O2 as follow up from August.
Unfortunately till now no confirmation received regarding cancellation of this order.
Please help on this .I can provide the details of my request if needed.
