Hello, I filled out a credit for 10 euros, and then I bought SMART S, the money 6.99 was counted off , but the tariff does not work!

Thank you for ansvering, so I upload 10eur, and in my o2 online page, i pussh button to buy new tariff SMART S for 6,99eur. and money was taked off, but this tariff is not working, I call to *101# and they shows that my credit is 3 eur! Than where is my money 6, 99? And why in internet page O2, my account is showing that i have tariff o2 Loop?

o2 Loop is your basic tariff (green box). Without booking a option (like Smart 1GB, Smart S etc.) you pay for calls to german networks for 9 Cent / per minute, 9 Cent for each SMS or (that is important!) 0,99 Cent per day for connections to the internet without a data plan!
Beyond you will see different packs available for your basic tariif, i.e. the Smart S pack. (red box)
If a pack is booked, you will see the word "Aktiv" in green letters and a green dot. Pre-ordered packs (not activated due to low credit) will shown like in the gray box.

By the way: You had booked the pack on the 7th of October and booked the same pack again 2 weeks later. (2 x 6,99 Euro = 13,98 Euro)
With the the o2 All-In 1,5 GB pack (15 Euro / 4 week) you will have
-Full Flatrate Voice and SMS instead of 200 Units included in the Smart S pack
-1,5 GB Highspeed Internet instead of 100 MB included in the Smart S pack
