(cancellation of contract due to relocation to another country) I sent the letter to O2 regarding my cancellation via regular mail containing all requested documents about 2 weeks ago. I haven't received any answer so far. Could you kindly check if my application to cancel the contract has been accepted ? Or if it's in the process. Thank you in advance for your quick reply.
