Hello, Hello For some reason the international pack is not included in my contract, but it should be. Is it possible to add this so it is back dated. My bill this month is 130€, and it should be a lot less.

    Which pack do you mean?

    You have now changed to the International Pack 60. Would you like to keep that now?

    And in which country have you been, so that the amount is that high?

    Your EU-Roaming Flat is also active.
