Hi,

I signed a contract for a DSL subscription and now I'm receiving bills for having a Handy as well. I have double checked the contract that I signed and it says nothing about a handy contract on my order. I need help in cancelling it and getting the money back. I talked to the shop and they said to use the forum if my German is not good enough over the phone.

Thanks,

Matt

Hi Matt,

according to my records, you have a o2 Blue Data Flex (mobile internet) since 14 January a DSL contract since the 04th February. If you want to cancel the mobile contract, please send us a written notice at our Nuremberg address: Kontakt - Mobilfunk / Kündigung

Regards,

Christian

Christian,

I know that I can cancel it, but I have no receipt from where I ever even asked for a Blue DataFlex plan. I specifically told the Sales man that I did not need one, and he said ok.

I never actually signed anything that I remember except for the DSL contract. So I think that o2 has made an error by charging me for this. I think I paid for service that I never agreed to. Can we find my order number and the form that I signed?

Thanks for the help,

Matt

You have NO SIM  card? No copy of a contract? Strange

I had a SIM card, but the salesman told me that it was only good for 1GB of data until Telekom made the DSL Verbindung in my Wohnung. Just a temporary service and that it was free. After Telekom made the connection, I simply threw the SIM card away and have not used it at all.

I had my boss double check the copy of the contract that I received, and he says that it has no information about a Blue Data or any type of Mobile Plan. It only has information about DSL Service. I'm confused because I never remember signing a separate Mobile contract. I have only the DSL information.
