after there was enough credit, the Data Pack L was booked automatically. This pack was first booked on Dec., 6th. You also got an notification via sms regarding this pack on Jan., 29th ☺️

I dont get it really I Stopped the option for flatrate months ago and it still paid automatically    this isnt fair and now My 10$ are wasted on some bad Flat...

Yh and now Ive got an another problem same like Yesterday, the Flat for 2,99$ was paid automatically but i tried to cancel it and now 2,99$ are gone and I Still have no flat can I Also get my money back again pls

the Data Pack S was booked on Feb., 22th and cancelled the same day at 11:14 PM. The next morning your phone connected with mobile data and because there was no Pack active, the Surf-Dayflat was booked automatically. The Surf-Dayflat was also used, so i can't give a refund for that one.
