Freinds recommendation for contract

Hello O2 support,

I recommend my friend to get a mobile contract as per the below details, but still haven't got my reward even after 4 weeks, can you please update me regarding this matter.

In that case, I´d ask you wait just a few days longer. My co-workers may need a few more days to book the new credit.
IIt would be great if you could contact us again in a few days, let´s say around friday?
We´ll then check if there has been some progress; if not, we´ll contact our Co-workers in the "Freunde werben"-Department to get more details on the matter.

Thank you very much for your response. The credit you mentioning is against the recommendation of my friend previously. The one I mentioned above is the new one, but still no email received from O2 regarding the credit. Can you please check again.
